Evening & Weekend Adult Telemedicine Visits – Self-Pay, Based on Availability

For convenience, after-hours appointments are available outside of regular business hours as an optional self-pay service in accordance with Florida law. These visits are separate from routine office appointments and are not submitted to insurance.

• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pricing (Due at Time of Service)

 

After-Hours Telemedicine Visits (15 Minutes)

​

• New Patient ADHD Evaluation: $195

• Established Patient ADHD Follow-Up: $135

• Established Patient – Non-ADHD Visit: $150

• Established Patient – New Non-ADHD Concern: $185

A $50 no-show fee will be applied to your next visit if an appointment is missed.

 

All patients must complete the Registration Form sent via email or text prior to the appointment.

 

A HIPAA-compliant Zelle invoice through Doximity will be sent by text message and must be paid in full before the visit.

 

Unpaid invoices will result in appointment cancellation.

 

Once payment is received, you will receive a secure Doximity text link to join Dr. Scheiner virtually at the time of your appointment.

 

All fees are self-pay, disclosed in advance, and set independently of insurance reimbursement schedules.

Insurance & Financial Responsibility

​After-hours visits are offered exclusively on a self-pay basis and are not billed to insurance. By scheduling an after-hours appointment, you acknowledge and agree that your insurance will not be billed, that you are personally responsible for full payment at the time services are rendered, and that you will not submit the encounter to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. You also understand that you may choose to schedule care during regular business hours without penalty if you prefer to use insurance benefits.
