Well-Woman Exams and Preventive Screenings

Comprehensive annual exams focused on preventive care, early detection, and long‑term wellness. Visits include age‑appropriate screenings, Pap testing when indicated, breast exams, and personalized health counseling to support overall gynecologic and reproductive health.

Contraceptive Counseling and Management

Individualized guidance to help patients choose the birth control method that best fits their lifestyle, health goals, and preferences. Services include education, initiation, and ongoing management of hormonal and non‑hormonal contraceptive options.

Long‑acting reversible contraception (LARC) methods (ex. Nexplanon, IUDs) are not inserted at this location; however, referrals can be initiated for patients who desire LARC placement.

Gynecologic Care (Menstrual Disorders, Pelvic Pain, Abnormal Bleeding)

Thoughtful evaluation and management of common gynecologic concerns, including irregular or painful periods, pelvic pain, and abnormal uterine bleeding. Care is evidence‑based and tailored to address both symptoms and underlying causes.

Menopause and Perimenopause Management

Supportive care for women navigating hormonal changes, including symptom management for hot flashes, mood changes, sleep disturbances, and vaginal health. Treatment plans are personalized to improve comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

STI Screening, Treatment, and Counseling

Confidential screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, along with education on prevention, risk reduction, and sexual wellness. Care is delivered in a respectful, judgment‑free setting.

Breast Health Evaluation and Education

Clinical breast exams, evaluation of breast concerns, and education on breast awareness and screening guidelines. Patients are empowered with knowledge to recognize changes early and maintain breast health throughout every stage of life.
