Billing & Payment Information

For your convenience, all invoices for services rendered are sent on the day of your visit via Zelle and to the telephone number on file. Payment in full is required prior to receiving any medical services.

We primarily use Zelle for all transactions as it offers a secure, zero-fee transfer, making it the most cost-effective option for our patients and practice.

Additional Payment Options Available: 

​

  • PayPal: Available upon request; however, please note this method incurs a transaction fee of up to 4.99% + $0.49.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Cards processed manually in-office are subject to transaction fees ranging from 1.5% to 3.5%, depending on the card type.

Managing Your Preferences:

​

As of 2026, patients can select their default preference (Zelle, PayPal, or In-Office Card) during check-in and on our registration form.

  • Established Patients (Joined before 2026): All invoices are sent via Zelle by default. If you prefer to use PayPal or an in-office card, please email our office on the day of your visit (scheiner339@gmail.com) to request the alternative invoice method. At that time, you may also request that we update your chart to make PayPal or an In-Office Card your permanent preference for all future billing.

Zelle Payment Instructions


Please follow the steps below to complete your transaction quickly and securely.

Step 1: Access Zelle

Zelle is available through most major U.S. banks.

  • Open your bank’s mobile app or online banking portal.

  • Look for the “Send Money with Zelle” option.

  • If your bank does not offer Zelle, download the Zelle app from the App Store or Google Play and enroll using your U.S. bank account.

 

Step 2: Add Recipient Information

Add the business as a new recipient using the following details or by scanning the QR code below:

Double-check that the information is entered correctly to ensure the payment is sent to the right account.

 

Step 3: Enter Payment Details
  • Enter the payment amount as stated on your invoice or agreement.

  • Include a note or reference (name/date of service) in the memo section for proper tracking.

 

Step 4: Review and Send
  • Review all details carefully before confirming.

  • Once verified, tap Send to complete the payment.

  • Payments are typically delivered within minutes.

 

Step 5: Confirmation

After sending, you may receive a confirmation message or email from your bank or Zelle.

 

Please notify the business via email (scheiner339@gmail.com) if medical services have not been rendered 24-48 hours (during weekdays) or 72 hours (over weekends) following successful payment to ensure no technical complications have occurred.

 

 

Important Reminders

  • Zelle payments are instant and cannot be canceled once sent to an enrolled recipient.

  • Zelle is available only for U.S. bank accounts.

  • There are no fees for sending or receiving money through most participating banks.
