Dr. David Scheiner is a board-certified physician and founder of River City Medicine LLC and Scheiners Clinic LLC with over 25 years of experience. He is a telemedicine specialist, and has a passion for Adult Mental Health, specifically Adult ADHD. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Scheiner has appreciated the implications of telemedicine services on accessibility to healthcare. His objective as a healthcare provider is to promote health and overall wellbeing to all of his patients. He believes health is vital for happiness. By providing patients with holistic healthcare, he is helping them live their best lives.

She is dedicated to instilling and building confidence in every patient she encounters. Promoting health and wellbeing through holistic, evidence-based medicine are the cornerstones of her practice. Ms. Scheiner provides comprehensive care that addresses each patient’s unique physical, mental, and emotional needs. From acute illnesses to mental health to sexual and reproductive health, Ms. Scheiner’s desire is to ensure every patient is heard, understood, and empowered to enhance their quality of life.
