Telemedicine visits are well suited for stable chronic condition follow‑ups, medication management, lab review, preventive counseling, and acute concerns that can be safely evaluated without an in‑person examination In‑person visits are required for new primary care patient evaluations, annual physicals, procedures, vaccinations, and concerns that require hands‑on examination or diagnostic testing. This approach ensures safe, comprehensive, and high‑quality care while maintaining convenient access for our patients.
